I have turned a corner. No I have not arrived. But the last two days have been transforming. You see there is nothing that scares me more, than the thought of losing out on destiny. It can happen you know. My former Pastor used to always say, destiny is not left up to chance, it’s a matter of choice. It’s the choices that you make that determine the fulfillment of your destiny. Plenty of people live and die and ever see what God has for them.
So yesterday the Lord has one of my friends text me a simple instruction. You see we have to be careful not to resort to fleshly means to receive what God has for us. The promise of God needs no help. It can stand alone. I can tell you when the flesh comes into play. When we have not fully embraced what God said. But once we do, we can lean on the power of God to get us to our destiny.
I know the Lord told me, this time I would not “miscarry” His vision. You see I have lived through seeing some things that God promised, fall the the ground and die. But not this time. I’m going to have this “baby”. God has brought me too far to watch someone else enjoy what God said was rightfully mine.
I had to have an attitude adjustment. No matter what you think someone has done to you, you have to forgive. And you MUST own your role in whatever happened. And even if you were totally the victim, you still have to forgive.
I’m going to be posting a lot because God told me to. If you see a title that you like, read it. Just letting you know ahead of time. This is part of my instructions from God. I have to keep posting (and fasting).
New International Version (NIV)
5 His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.”
