Well, well, well…God is amazing. It ain’t over, till God says it’s over and that is ALL I’m saying. Meanwhile, I forgot to get my microwave popcorn out. I just want to SEE how God is going to do this one! All I can say is, what a testimony this is going to be. I am truly tickled because God knows how to get your attention.

Whatever circumstance you find yourself in just know that if God says don’t give up and hold on, you’d better do it. Today the Lord said, I already know the future, so I see what is going to happen. In fact the future is already done. I know the end at the beginning. Just watch me work! My spirit is leaping!!

Don’t let the devils chatter stop you. Enough said. God knows how to fix a fix to fix your situation so it won’t go in the opposite direction EVER again. Enough said. Goodnight. 😉

Love Series: Infatuated and Laden With Lust

infatuationI was reading this message board earlier today and someone mentioned how a lot of woman are infatuated with this celebrity (whose website it was) and laden with lust. That sentence reminded me of a conversation I had yesterday.

I was chatting with an online acquaintance and she was sharing her concerns of satisfying her mate sexually when they got married. I think it had to do with the fact that her ex-husband cheated on her. But part of me knew she was boasting about snagging her man! But it’s all good. It didn’t bother me.

But then she said something that shocked me. She indicated that she would not have any problems with testing the waters before marriage. When I asked her if she believed fornication was a sin, she said she did BUT! And this is a Christian woman! But I think it has more to do with her infatuation with this man she is involved with and being laden with lust!  Some women are willing to do anything, even compromise the Bible to get and keep a man. That is dangerous because it means that man means more to her than God.

But really that is the attitude in the church today. I recently heard a story of a young female minister who was caught in her parents bed having sex and who routinely performs oral sex on men. Yet she is preaching the gospel.

When God says something is wrong He means what he says. Forming sexual soul-ties before you marry someone is dangerous. Even if you are engaged it’s wrong. Suppose you end up not getting married?

I shouldn’t be shocked though. Often people have a form of godliness, but they are really not living anything behind the words. A lot of Christians do not believe in or practice celibacy. It’s a sad commentary on so-called Christians and the Body of Christ.

Watch Out for Sinful People

3 You must understand this: In the last days there will be violent periods of time. People will be selfish and love money. They will brag, be arrogant, and use abusive language. They will curse their parents, show no gratitude, have no respect for what is holy, and lack normal affection for their families. They will refuse to make peace with anyone. They will be slanderous, lack self-control, be brutal, and have no love for what is good. They will be traitors. They will be reckless and conceited. They will love pleasure rather than God.They will appear to have a godly life, but they will not let its power change them. Stay away from such people.

Some of these men go into homes and mislead weak-minded women who are burdened with sins and led by all kinds of desires.

A Prophetic Walk

I have a family member who was molested by more than one person. Suddenly the light came on as to why that relative acts the way that they do.

Sometimes that person isolates themselves and for years they separated themselves from family. At times they can be really nasty and rude and cruel. But they also claim to know Christ and they are an intercessor in the church! (not judging, been there, done that)

God has given me even more compassion for the person, especially when I found out that there was more than one person who had molested them. Who can’t feel compassion for a person who has endured that. At that point I felt their pain and I felt deep compassion even though I have not been molested.

I’ve notice the patience that God has for people who have gone through these kinds of situations. Where He would…

Your Issues, My Issues; God is the Healer!

healingI read something a few minutes ago that broke me heart and moved me to tears of intercession. For the first time I heard someones heart and it broke mine. Although I’ve been told some things, for the first time, I actually see. It has never been broken down for me like that. Worse yet, I see how I may have contributed to wounding someone who is already greatly wounded. God help me!

I’m not going say much more. I am just going to commit myself to prayer for that person. Not going to say much more. I feel really bad. All I can say is father forgive me for I didn’t really know what I was doing.

You see I too have my wounds. I sustained some stuff from my relationship with my Dad. And it has shaped me into who I am today. I am acutely aware that I need to change. But its time for everyone to be healed so that we can move on with life.

We ALL exhibit snake-like behavior at times. All of us. We are not that, but sometimes our behavior is that way. But God can change that terrible nature within us ALL. I’ve done it, we’ve all done it.

Sometimes we think a person is our answer, but they aren’t. They have their own issues. That’s why God wants us to get healed FIRST. Believe me when I tell you no person or love of a person can heal us. It’s really only in God. When you think you have found the answer apart from him, he will let us know that is not it either and we will inevitably end up with more wounds.

I got more clarity today. Listen folks. Even the most brilliant, smart successful person can be a walking wounded. But God is the healer. He alone! You have to believe it. God can and will deliver!

Feeling NO PAIN

rainbowI woke up this morning chuckling. Trust me when I tell you, I am feeling NO PAIN. I feel free. Sort of like I been let out of PRISON! LOL

I woke up this morning thinking about making a change. Childcare, like teaching is a thank-less job. I don’t know why it doesn’t pay that well. People should be willing to pay good money for their children. And then if you have a good caregiver, you should not mind paying a little more to keep them. As much as I love this little boy, I don’t think the daycare thing is for me.

My former manager is back at the store I used to work at when I moved here and I am considering going back. She already asked me what I was doing. That would be full circle for me. I left the job to care for my Dad. We will see what the Lord says.

I used to say as soon as my Dad passed, I would return to NY, but September will be almost two years and I have no desire to return to NY. The weather in Florida, for one, has me spoiled and I can’t tolerate the cold anymore.

The sky is the limit right now…let me see…let me see…. 😉 😉
