Dreams Come True

dreams come trueI remember encouraging someone about the dreams that they were having and it looks like their dreams are coming true. It’s exciting to see the dream of others come true because it is a constant reminder that the dreams that God give you will come true as well.

The Lord has been showing me to not be intimidated by seeing the dreams of someone else come true. He reminded me that my response will determine what will happen for and with me. It’s a good thing I am not the jealous type. I have watched many friends marry and have babies and I’ve always supported them. No matter whether it’s marriage, career or whatever, someone else dreams manifesting  God will bring to past what he has for me and you. I am happy for what God is doing and as I look back, I always felt it would happen.

God is so good. I rejoice for seeing someone else dreams come true. I’m next and so are you!

Ezekiel 12:28

Amplified Bible (AMP)

28 Therefore say to them, Thus says the Lord God: There shall none of My words be deferred any more, but the word which I have spoken shall be performed, says the Lord God.

After the Storm

after the stormSometimes people wonder why things seem to be so negative. Well the prophetic is sent to admonish, encourage but it’s also sent to warn. But often it’s about preparing someone for what is ahead. Sometimes what is coming can be avoided and sometimes what is going to happen cannot be avoided, so God  wants to give you the heads up.

I’ve shared on here several times how my former Pastor sent out a nationwide letter saying that September 11, 2001 was not a good day to conduct business. It wasn’t even a specific word to one person, but one lady in our church believed the prophet and decided to cancel her meeting in Windows of the World restaurant at the World Trade Center. No one from the restaurant survived.

I remember hearing this story about the woman who lost both of her children on that day. Well if a prophet had given her a word about what was going to happen, there would not have been any way to make that word good. If a warning had come, there would be no way to make that positive. So it’s sometimes about preparation. God is preparing your for the storm so you won’t lose it and you will have His perspective.

But I will say this. After the storm God will always send in His balm and make things right. But the purpose of the storm is to wash away everything that is not from him. The storm may even remove some people from your life.

I am seeing some things that God spoke to me about years ago. It’s is what it is, but I know God told me what is coming is glorious and I’m not talking about for me, but for the person I see the storm coming to. God is going to make them into a new person. So yes, it’s not all negative. The end result will be glorious. All you have to do is yield to God’s will and it will be alright.

Jeremiah 1:9-10

King James Version (KJV)

Then the Lord put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.

10 See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.

A Prophetic Walk

There is a YouTube video circulating with a supposed Messianic Rabbi (I say that because I don’t know if he is) performing a spiritual “coronation” of a fallen minister as “king.” It’s quite controversial to say the least. This minister has been accused of sexual activity with boys and settled out of court with these young men. The video is painful to watch. I could not get through it.

Several months ago, I was watching a TV program of a female minister who preached at this same ministers church years before his public exposure took place and was amazed at the loud and very vocal warning that was given through this prophetess of God. I could see on the ministers face that he was under great conviction. But obviously it was not warning enough because this minister was still exposed.

Now with this “coronation” I really fear that it’s over…

A Prophetic Walk

A while back a prominent well-known minister named Ted Haggard was exposed because he was living a double life. Though he was a married man with several children he was exposed for homosexual behavior. When this happened suddenly we saw what was behind the image.

When men and woman are in the limelight people inevitably get enamored by the image and who they think the person is. But most of the time there is a big disparity between the image and the real person. Even when truth is exposed people often go into denial about their “hero” be it a minister or a celebrity because they can’t handle the truth. But God is all about truth.

Public exposure can be a good thing. Sometimes people are worshiping flesh and God wants us to know that we should not worship anyone accept Him. And God wants us to know that people are human…

A Prophetic Walk

Let’s face it: when we think of exposure we never think it can be something good. But I have to say that recently I was thinking of exposure as God’s mercy.

I was reading another blog and the man was sharing how when his dog has an accident, he doesn’t whip his dog, but he just cleans it up and comforts the dog even when the dog is afraid of being disciplined. And I agree God has done that for all of us many times. He cleans up our messes, and conceals them also.  But let’s give a balanced picture of a God who chastises those He loves.

God sometimes in His mercy sees the things that we are going through and He knows that it will destroy us. He may warn us that there will be consequences for our actions. It’s not so much that He wants to put us…
