Recognizing the Shift

computer_key_ShiftWhen you have been trusting God for His promises for a long time, sometimes it’s hard to recognize the shift. But eventually your promise will begin to shift and move toward manifestation, so you have to recognize the shift and move out of “belief” mode and transition and get ready to take that “baby” into you hands.

God gave me two visions, in the same year, many years ago, and what a journey!! But in the last two weeks, I have seen a shift. Things are no longer as they were before, about either one of my visions. The reason I know is because I have entered into a rest.

With one of the visions, the week of the change, the Lord told me, he was doing a new thing. I didn’t believe it at first, but then I began to see what God was showing me.

Then there was my other vision. This past week I was able to get something accomplished because of an unexpected harvest. God told me it was a sign. The tide is turning and this is just beginning.

No matter how long you have to wait for the promise, one day, it will all begin to shift and transition and you have to recognize it and shift gears. I can’t explain it, but I know like I have never known, that my change has come.

Ezekiel 12:26-28

New International Version (NIV)

26 The word of the Lord came to me: 27 “Son of man, the Israelites are saying, ‘The vision he sees is for many years from now, and he prophesies about the distant future.’

28 “Therefore say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: None of my words will be delayed any longer; whatever I say will be fulfilled, declares the Sovereign Lord.’”
