Love Series: Second Fiddle?

Fiddle3_000As young women growing up, we always imagine the scenario, in which our Boaz would come into our lives. I don’t think I imagined a specific scenario, at least not since, I’ve gotten older, but I will say this; no woman imagines herself being second fiddle! No woman imagines that she will win the heart of a man by DEFAULT!!

Every woman wants the man whom God sends into her life, to recognize that she is special and no woman imagines God’s choice for HER pining over another woman. What a bummer!

To all the single ladies, one day, your value will be acknowledged. Hopefully, soon.

Genesis 2:20-25

New International Version (NIV)

20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals.

But for Adam[a] no suitable helper was found. 21 So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs[b] and then closed up the place with flesh. 22 Then theLord God made a woman from the rib[c] he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.

23 The man said,

“This is now bone of my bones
and flesh of my flesh;
she shall be called ‘woman,’
for she was taken out of man.”

24 That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.

25 Adam and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame.
