Joy in acceptance

When we know too much there is a greater requirement. So if the Will of God is made clear to you, you can’t back down for any reason.

You may feel afraid of the unknown. Or you may feel that you don’t qualify or don’t fit the criteria. You may just be comfortable where you are and you just don’t want to make a change. Whatever your reason for resisting God’s will, is no reason. (smile) His way is the best way and as I always like to say Father knows best. So just submit to Him knowing that His way is perfect.

I was reading an article recently that said after you know what God is saying you lose your choice. I had to chuckle because God will allow you to become miserable until you follow His plan. But joy comes in acceptance. I got my joy back.

Luke 22:42:

42 Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.

Psalm 18:30:

30 As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.
