The longer we are in God the more he requires of us. So if you have been saved for 20 or 30 years, He will not allow you to be a baby. We may want to revert back to spiritual boyhood or girlhood, but the Lord has a way of making us grow up!
It’s time to become mature in Him. If we are not a babes in Christ the Father will continually allow situations to come our way to get us to grow up. It about moving to the next level in our faith.
2 Peter 3:18:
18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
