Sometimes God requires us to do things and we are willing but there is no provision to carry out the vision. It’s just bigger then our income or salary and our abilites and it will take something supernatural.
Recently the Lord has spoken some things in my heart to do, and I am willing to do them. But I know that until I have provision it will not happen.
The sign that it’s time is when provision comes from God. Just like God gave Noah the sign that it was ok to leave the ark, He will let us know when the time is right.
Genesis 8:10-12:
10And he stayed yet other seven days; and again he sent forth the dove out of the ark;
11And the dove came in to him in the evening; and, lo, in her mouth was an olive leaf pluckt off: so Noah knew that the waters were abated from off the earth.
12And he stayed yet other seven days; and sent forth the dove; which returned not again unto him any more.
